How do I login to the Members Center of www.tu.org? What is my login or password? How do I access the Leaders Only Section (LOS)?
First Time Logging In If this is your first time logging in to the Members Center, your Login Name will be "tu" plus your membership ID (for example: tu123456789). Your password will be just your membership ID (for example: 123456789). Your membership ID can be found on your member card [this assumes you have an email address on your membership record with TU].
Troubles Logging In?
If you've tried logging in and it doesn't work, either your user name, password, or both are incorrect. Click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" text at the top of the login page. Type in your email address. Remember - the email address you use must be the same as what TU has on your member record.
If the system doesn't recognize you, please call 1-800-834-2419 to confirm:
If the system does recognize you, an email will be sent to you to reset your login account. Please check your email spam folders to ensure your home protection software did not block the email we sent to you.

Leaders Only Section
If you are a chapter or council leader, a link will be present in your left navigation pane (after you login) called Leaders Only Tools. If it is not, please contact your Chapter President or Council Chair to find out why. They can grant you access to the Leasders Only Site (LOS).
