Look for reds in the grass on both the high in the morning and evening. Lows can be fished as well but move slow and stay focused o see reds that not moving much during that hot part of the day.
Early will be best to beat the heat.
Though the temperature has been very high the fish have still seemed to be very happy both on the low tide mudflats and the high tide tailing flats. This is generally a sign of a good fall fishery because things only get better as the temps start to cool.
