The Namekagon River Partnership is hosting a discussion on the scenic river at Lakewoods. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the round table discussions.
Volunteers are needed to search waterways for invasive species. After receiving a brief identification training, teams of participants wil disperse to rivers to look for species of concern. Marion & I fished the White River on Sunday July 6th. The hatch was on and Marion landed a 19 inch brown trout. I was not so successful, but still enjoyed the adventure.
