Prospects are poor unless we have cooler nights and some more rain! I was at the lake yesterday and few trout were caught - though few boats...
Water clear, with warm, overcast, dry conditions forecast all week. Superb dry fly and nymph fishing opportunities.
Tricos have begun on Spring Creek over the last week. I wish I could say that they have the fish rising well, but that is not the case.
River levels to remain ideal with some hot weather this week it will be best to get out early to beat the afternoon heat.
Looks great with Slate Drakes, Cahills, Stones, Cahills, a lot of trout feeding, especially in the early morning and late evening, and on cloudy...
So much better water levels. Temperatures this week should be in the low 90s with a mix of mostly sunny days and a slight chance of T-stormes....
