Fished the river at Cementon dam on the Cementon side. Only fished a short time maybe 20 Min. Used a rapala with no success, switched to a panther martin #9 spinner in yellow with red dots. About 5 casts later caught a nice brownie maybe 15 in. left shortly after.

Grand Prize Winner
