At the Hatchery try Double nymph rigs with a puff of yarn for an indicator. Dry and Dropper. Single Dry.
Nymph the main river or throw dry and dropper with some type of caddis or mayfly on the surface and an emerger/soft hackle below.
Temps look cool, but not cold. Next weekend will see temps near 70! That will get bugs moving and fish feeding.
