Her current responsibilities include helping in the daily real-time water management of the White River System of reservoirs, and providing technical guidance in the management of all related water management activities of the system.
Prior to that, she was a hydraulic engineer in Reservoir Control Branch for 15 years, serving as the Water Control Data System manager. In that capacity she was responsible for managing the IT resources used in the collection and processing of hydrologic data necessary to carry out the water control mission of the Little Rock District.
The Arkansas White River Chapter normally meets the first Monday of each month at El Chico’s Restaurant in Mountain Home.
This month we will push the meeting to the second Monday to accommodate holiday travel and a popular sporting event.
Social/dinner hour is from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The meeting starts promptly at 7:00 and will last 60-90 minutes.
There is a small buffet that varies monthly (tacos, enchiladas or fajitas and trimmings). This meal will cost around $9.99 per person. You may also choose to order off their regular menu, or skip the meal. Cash bar.
