The FDA is poised to approve genetically modified salmon for consumption. Anders Halverson, author of "An Entirely Synthetic Fish" and TU's Senior Scientist Jack Williams joined Chris Wood and participating CCF members for a discussion on what we've learned from past endeavors of modifying fish and what impacts this decision could have on the topic of genetically altered food and impacts on the eco-system.
