Can't log in to Member Center


Don't know username/password (u/p)
Please try using the generic username "tu" plus your member id number, e.g. tu123456789. Your password is your member id number (no "tu"). If you don't know your member id number, please call 1-800-834-2419 or email trout@tu.org.

'Forgot password, request it here' link isn't working
It can take up to 24 hours to receive this system-generated email. If you tried this link and didn't receive your u/p within 24 hours, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • The email address in your member record is different from the email address you are entering. These must be the same.
  • The email was blocked by your system's spam filters. System-generated emails are often blocked. Please check your spam/junk email folder.
  • If you've tried the above options and still haven't received your u/p email, please call 1-800-834-2419 or email trout@tu.org and let us know.

Just joined or renewed membership
It takes 2-3 days for new u/p to be established or an expired u/p (due to lapse in membership) to be reestablished. If it has been more than 3 days after you show record of your payment appearing on your checking account or credit card statement, please call 1-800-834-2419 or email trout@tu.org stating you are having website login issues.

U/P I normally use no longer works

If the u/p you've used before does not grant you access to the Member Center, the following reasons may apply:

  • If your membership has expired, you will need to renew to be able to log back into the Member Center. Renew online www.tu.org/renew or call 1-800-834-2419.
  • If your membership is in good standing, we may have had a duplicate record that was merged, causing a change in member id. Please call 1-800-834-2419 or email trout@tu.org to obtain your current member id number.

Can't log in to LOS


So, you've been able to log in to the Member Center, but now you can't access the Leaders Only Section (LOS).  Please remember that only chapter and council leaders with current memberships to TU can gain access to the LOS.

Your chapter president must update the chapter leaders within the LOS and assign you to a leadership role before you can access the LOS tools.  Please verify with your chapter president that you have been assigned your leadership role.
