Muskegon River

Tip of the week
Techniques

Top-water bass fishing is at its finest! Poppers, sliders, and divers are all producing great smallmouth bass action. Crayfish and Golby patterns are producing in the lower river too.

Daytime water temperatures have reached the 70 degree mark, if you must fish for trout, please limit your time to the early morning hours when water temps are the coolest. If you've never fished smallmouth, you're seriously missing out on some fun fly fishing!
