Earlier this week, a Senate Bill (SB 493) was introduced by Senators Thomas Tiffany and Richard Gudex.  SB 493 would greatly expand the ability to use natural water bodies for fish farming operations.   SB 493 was introduced on January 4, 2016, and was the subject of a public hearing just 24 hours [ READ MORE... ]

Wisconsin TU has just learned that a groundwater bill is set for hearing this Wednesday, October 7th, at 2:30 p.m. The hearing will be held at the State Capitol, in Madison, in Room 411 South.   The bill in question is Senate Bill 239.
