Where is my new member packet, or premium/gift? How long does it take to receive it?
Thank you for contributing to TU! Your contributions help us to continue our mission: to conserve, protect, and restore North America's coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
If you recently gave to TU, it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive your new member acknowledgement packet, renewal letter with member card, or your premium/gift that was associated with the contribution you made to TU. It takes time for mail to be processed, payments deposited, and items to be fulfilled and shipped.
If it has been more than 6 weeks and you have not received anything, please email trout@tu.org [1] with your question or comment.
Some things to consider:
Thank you letters for your contribution to TU may be received prior to your gift. Shipment methods vary depending on what is being shipped, and where within the US it is being shipped to. Letters are mailed first class and high-end gifts are sent UPS Trout magazine is mailed to all active members 4 times a year - around January, April, July and October TU's annual calendar is mailed to all active members in the fall each year - around August/September If you do have a change of address - please let us know. You can change it online at www.tu.org [2]. Log in using your login name and password. After you log in, there is a link to the right that allows you to edit your profile. Or contact us at 1-800-834-2419 to change your mailing address. If we have an email address on file for you, an email will be sent notifying you of when your UPS package was shipped and its tracking number. If the address we have in your record is a PO Box, your package is shipped Parcel Direct.
