Login to Members Center/ LOS

You must be a current member of TU to gain access to the Members [2] Center of tu.org. If your membership has lapsed, pleaserenew your membership [3] online today.

First Time Logging In If this is your first time logging in to the Members Center, your Login Name will be "tu" plus your membership ID (for example: tu123456789). Your password will be just your membership ID (for example: 123456789). Your membership ID can be found on your member card [this assumes you have an email address on your membership record with TU].

Troubles Logging In?

If you've tried logging in and it doesn't work, either your user name, password, or both are incorrect. Click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" text at the top of the login page. Type in your email address. Remember - the email address you use must be the same as what TU has on your member record.

If the system doesn't recognize you, please call 1-800-834-2419 to confirm:

1. Your membership with TU is current
2. You have an email address on your member record.
3. The email address you are using is the same as the email address on your member record.

If the system does recognize you, an email will be sent to you to reset your login account. Please check your email spam folders to ensure your home protection software did not block the email we sent to you.

If you are still having difficulty logging in to the Members Center, please contact Mallory Ennis, Membership Services Senior Manager at mennis@tu.org [4]. Please reference your full name, address and member ID in your email.

Leaders Only Section

If you are a chapter or council leader, a link will be present in your left navigation pane (after you login) called Leaders Only Tools. If it is not, please contact your Chapter President or Council Chair to find out why. They can grant you access to the Leasders Only Site (LOS).
