What is Trout in the Classroom and how can I get involved?
Trout in the Classroom (TIC) is an environmental education program in which students in grades k-12:
TIC is geared at educating school-aged children about fish habitat and conservation. Students will have a tank in their classroom and raise fry to fish throughout the school year. Towards the end of the school year, students will take a field trip to a nearby stream and release the fish.
