In March MDTU coordinated one of the most successful Jones Falls Stream Walks in several years. Over 25 volunteers participated. The entire mainstem (above Lake Roland) and 3 tributaries that contain wild brown trout were covered. The teams took observations to assess the health of the watershed. [ READ MORE... ]

On March 15, 2014 The Maryland Chapter of Trout Unlimited (MDTU) will conduct a stream walk of the upper Jones Falls and its tributaries. While enjoying the last weekend of winter and anticipating the arrival of spring, MDTU volunteers will walk an assigned section of the watershed.
