If you have tried your username and then email address and our system does not recognize you, please call 1-800-834-2419 so that we can verify your membership information. Or email trout@tu.org with your full name, address, email address and your 9-digit member id found on your TU member card.

Please remember, in order to login to the Member Center:

1. You must be an active member of TU. If your membership has expired, you cannot login.
2. The email address you are using must be the email address we have on your member record in our database. If you are using a different email address, you will not be able to login.
