Nymphing is the best option.
Winter fishing is in effect. With frigid temperatures the slush ice will be floating and the river will ice up. Stay home throw another log on the fire and tie some flies. If the temperature is above freezing a few days in a row the ice will break up enough to get some afternoon nymphing in.
