Community platform is not user friendly

I can only sign in with explorer and it has to be from the home page.  I get the emails for what's going on in the communtiy but I can't engage because the simple action of signing in is combersome.  I just spent 15 minutes trying to log in and now I"m trying to find the topic I was interested in.  ok, that's my rant  :)

Same here. I get the Open Forum Digest (messages) but then it wants me to log in. Will not however accept my log in information "which is correct".

Here's a simple fix for all you guys wanting to go from the email communitity to the website community.

Either open a window and log in to the TU website before reading the email community blog -if you do that when you transition, you'll already be signed in; or use a password manager and have the password manager open. When you click the link to transition, the password manager (I use Lastpass) will log you in.

OK, I've tried and tried to log onto the "Open Forum Digest" and simply can't.  Your "Forgot Password" button does absolutely nothing in regards to sending me a link to my password.  My email address and TU# doesn't do anything.  Kenludwig's note leaves me clueless as well.

 

How about getting something simple that works, or at least somebody to contact when it doesn't because there are no links to anybody or anything present on the page to help with the problem.

 

Sign me:  VERY FRUSTRATED!

A good place to start is with the Forgot Your Password reset tool below the Login on https://tu.org/login. Be sure to use the same email address as your membership. You can also reach out to the Online Community Manager. He is glad to help you access the community platform. Send an email to doug.agee@tu.org.
