10/7/1999 — — Trout Unlimited today unveiled a new website — http://www.tutv.org — dedicated to providing up-to-the-minute program details to viewers of its hit ESPN2 television series, Trout Unlimited Television. TUTV returned to ESPN2 today at 12:30 and 6:00 p.m. (ET) with an all-new episode featuring steelhead fishing on remote Alaskan rivers.

The new web site launched today features:

— Complete 1999 ESPN2 Schedule information for TUTV (The series airs Thursdays and Sunday Mornings on ESPN2 through December 31, but air times vary from week to week). http://www.tutv.org/2000_shows/schedule.html — In-depth information on each of the sites where TUTV was filmed this year, gear and fly recommendations, outfitter info and still photos from the series. http://www.tutv.org/2000_shows/summaries.html — A comprehensive guide for beginning fly-fishers. http://www.tutv.org/general_html/learn.html — A shopping area where viewers can buy selected angling gear as used on TUTV. http://www.tucatalog.com Trout Unlimited Television (TUTV) returns to ESPN2 Thursday, October 7 with 13 all-new adventures in angling and conservation. The schedule for the 1999 Season spotlights world-class fly-fishing in Alaska, California, Wisconsin, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Maine, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Montana and Arkansas. Montana guide Tim Linehan returns as series host for the October-December 1999 run.
