CORVUS staff sit as trusted members of multi-disciplinary teams to obtain federal and state environmental clearances for Clean Water Act – Section 404; Regulation 87 (CO State Dredge and Fill program); Endangered Species Act; Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act; National Environmental Policy Act; Executive Order 11990 Wetland Protection; Senate Bill 40 (Colorado Parks and Wildlife); State and Federally listed threatened and endangered species; and Federal (1974) and State (2017) Noxious Weed Acts.
