The use of bait is illegal on the Green River below Flaming Gorge Dam, and anglers were limited to one fly in the aptly named Single Fly contest held there in September. So naturally, Lance Egan fished with a Tootsie Roll and caught 43 trout to lead team Cabela's to victory.
