Uncompahgre River RV Park

About Us

We are a 50 and over adult RV park with 1/3 mile frontage on the Uncompahgre River. In addition to paved RV spaces, surrounded by grass, we offer two cabins and a luxury 5th wheel with a deck and hot tub overlooking the river. We are located near the central access point to the Gunnison Gorge with the north and south access only 30 minutes from our park. We are open year round and with exception of the runoff in June and July, the fishing is excellent. Brown trout up to 18 inches are regularly landed, and released.

What we do

Our RV spaces can accommodate the largest of rigs with high speed wi-fi throughout the park. Our roads are paved and all RV spaces have paved pads and patios. Our laundry and restroom building is exceptionally clean with five separate full bathrooms. We have a wonderful community room where we have potluck dinners, social hours and morning coffee. We encourage our guests to get out and see the wonderful locations within an hour of us to the north, south, east and west.
