We’ve been developing our booking suite for over 3 years, working directly with outfitters to see what features are the most beneficial, and what needs to be iterated on. Our software is coded directly by our team in Golden, Colorado and we pride ourselves in our ability to quickly make changes and additions to our booking tool to better support our clients.
The outdoor industry has yet to fully embrace the power of online tools to both run and promote the operations within it. Day to day operations become tedious and cumbersome using legacy tools (pen and paper calendars) to operate. On top of that, there are repetitive tasks these businesses encounter that even the existing players in the space aren’t building solutions for. Reaching new markets and audiences is also far more difficult without valuing the importance of media, storytelling, and social media.
In a 21st century world, this expansion becomes more necessary than ever, especially if we hope to encourage younger generations to embrace the sport. The Guide Network aims to bridge all these gaps, while recognizing that the core foundation of what makes this industry so special needs to be protected at all costs.
That is why we are always available to communicate with our clients, help them resolve issues, and are willing to act on feature requests or changes that improve the quality of life of everyone in our ecosystem.
What we do
Online Booking Tools
Sell trips online via our marketplace and choose between instant book or request to book. Everything is tied to our software so you can track all bookings in one place. We also provide a booking plugin for your website.
Backend booking software to manage all your full guiding operation, equipped with guide scheduling, client tracking, payment processing, trip report management, waiver integration and automatic notifications to employees and customers.
Where we do it
The Guide Network was born in Golden, CO. All of our employees are located in the US and we don’t not outsource any development. All of our code is done in house and pride ourselves in making custom features with quick turnaround and fantastic customer service.
