White River brown trout are looking up these days, especially when we have minimum to moderate flows.
We floated the white last week in about 2400 cfs and the topwater bite was pretty good with browns and rainbows taking Sulfur dries as well as hoppers and beatles.

TL Lauerman, the Conservation Chairman for our local Trout Unlimited Chapter, came up with the idea of introducing Bonneville Cutthroat to Twin Lakes Area rivers using Vibert Boxes designed by Dave Whitlock. June 2014 was the third year of this planned five year planting program.

Last weekend, our White River Trout Unlimited Chapter hosted its 5th Annual Youth Camp at the Norfork National Fish Hatchery next to Dry Run Creek. We had 34 youth/adult participants this year from five different states, with some coming as far away as Houston.
