At this point, I’m about read to start a GoFundMe account for our old pal Hank Patterson—he’s reviewed a truckload of Orvis gear, but has yet to get himself one of the company’s new Helios 3 fly rods, despite numerous pleas and the catch slogan, #SendHankTheH3.
I mean, seriously, Rosenbauer. He’s earned it.
But it has been good comedy. Travis Swartz’s Hank Patterson this week reviews the Orvis Ultralight Wading Boots. The take-away?
“They’re boots. You can walk around in them.”
Indeed. As Hank points out, they do everything wading boots should do. Good stuff.
And Tom, my cousin’s brother-in-law’s best friend’s sister could would love to test to the new H3. Need the address?
