Trout Unlimited is giving away a new Sage X fly rod to one lucky angler who shares his or her #ResponsibleRecreation content on social media, using both the hashtag and by tagging TU (@troutunlimited). Entries for the give-away must be posted by Monday, June 15.
While many states have “reopened,” the COVID-19 outbreak is still going on — some states are reporting a spike in case numbers. Health experts recommend that we continue to practice social distancing, common-sense cleanliness and that we wear masks or face coverings when we gather with strangers. All can be done effectively while fishing.
If you’ve been out fishing and have some good social content that demonstrates #ResponsibleRecreation practices, we want to see it. We’ll do a random drawing on June 16 to determine the lucky winners in the contest, which has been conducted over the last few weeks. TU and our conservation partners have encouraged those engaging in outdoor pursuits to do so appropriately, considering the ongoing viral outbreak.
